2. Products & Pricing
All prices for Voltz360 360° cameras, gimbals, dive cases, and accessories are listed in USD ($). We reserve the right to modify product prices, promotional discounts, or feature specifications at any time without prior notice.
3. Order Processing & 3-5 Day Delivery
Orders placed on Voltz360 are processed within 24 business hours. Standard express shipping delivers your order within 3 to 5 business days. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, Voltz360 is not liable for minor courier delays caused by customs processing or extreme weather events.
4. 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Voltz360 hardware products carry a 2-Year Official Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, physical drops beyond rated impact specs, or unauthorized third-party repairs.
5. 30-Day Money Back Returns
Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or product replacement, provided items are returned in original condition with all included accessories. Return shipping instructions can be requested by emailing our support team.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand names, product titles (including Voltz360 X4, Ace Pro 2, GO 3S, Flow Pro), product images, and software design tokens are the exclusive property of Voltz360 Inc.
